Refunds
Due to the nature of the items being considered as custom, all sales are final, no refunds or exchanges. We are not responsible for item lost after marked as delivered. Please be aware of providing us with accurate and correct information. For any questions or concerns please contact our email nemisisbrand@gmail.com with the appropriate header.
Shipping
All orders are processed within 1-7 business days based on time of placing order, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local time) will be processed on the next business day. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Note delivery times vary depending on chosen shipping method. But rest assured we will ship as fast as possible.
